Error when syncing FM PRO Mobile

If you’re having trouble syncing FM PRO Mobile:

  1. make sure you’re connected to the Internet
  2. check your antivirus software (such as Norton) to make sure that FM PRO Mobile is allowed to access the Internet
  3. open an Internet browser and connect to a website (this should open an Internet port on your computer)
  4. call FCC Management Software at 1-800-667-7893 to speak to a support analyst.
