Creating a Plan vs. Actual Variance report

The Plan vs. Actual Variance report compares a farm plan to what actually happened over the course of the year. It allows you to compare the differences in area, expenses, revenue and expense ratio.

You can use this report to display your projected revenue and expenses and compare them to the actual revenue and expenses you received.

To create a Plan vs. Actual Variance report:

  1. Select Report Console from the Reports menu. The report console appears.
  2. Select Financial from the left menu panel and then select Plan vs. Actual Variance.
  3. Enter your preferences in the options panel on the right and click Generate. The Plan vs. Actual Variance report appears.
