Error when recording a bank reconciliation

The following error message may appear when you try to record a bank reconciliation:

An unexpected error has occurred. Close the software and reopen it.

If this error continues, call FCC Management Software at 1-800-667-7893 for help.


The data type is not valid for the boolean operation. [ Data type (if known) = uniqueidentifier,Data type (if known) = nvarchar ]

Solution

  1. Select a different bank account in the Bank Reconciliation dialogue box. Then select the original bank account. This will refresh the screen and you’ll be able to record the bank reconciliation.
