Transferring inventory

This type of inventory adjustment is used to transfer inventory from one inventory account to another. For example, moving your calf inventory to your feeder heifer inventory.

Select Accounts from the Inventory section on the left navigation menu.

Select Transfer from the Adjust inventory drop down list.

The Transfer slide out will appear on the right.  Select the inventory account you are transferring From.

Select the Grade you are transferring from and the inventory account you are transferring To.

Select the Grade to which you are transferring, and the Quantity being transferred.

Select the transfer Date.  You may add a Reference Number (optional) and Notes (optional).  Click Save when finished.
