Error when activating AgExpert Analyst

If you’re having trouble activating AgExpert analyst online:

  1. Make sure you’re connected to the Internet
  2. Make sure you have the correct serial number and email address
      Note: If your email address changed, contact FCC Management Software at 1-800-667-7893 or email admin@fccsoftware.ca.
  3. Check your antivirus software (such as Norton) to make sure that AgExpert Analyst is allowed to access the Internet
  4. Call 1-800-667-7893 to activate the software by phone or get help from one of FCC Management Software’s support analysts.
